Effective Date: October 22, 2026 · Last Updated: October 22, 2026 · Direct URL (en)

twomoresoft (formerly CM Soft, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users who play our mobile games and use our applications and websites (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information across all twomoresoft games and apps on Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to register an account or directly provide personally identifiable information (such as your real name, home address, or phone number) to play our games.

• Automatically Collected Technical & Device Data: When you use our Services, third-party SDKs integrated into our apps may automatically collect device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID and Apple Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA, subject to your device permission), IP address (used for approximate country/region-level location), device model, operating system version, language setting, app version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

• Gameplay & Leaderboard Data: When you use leaderboards or cloud ranking features, your game scores, stage progress, and platform player alias/ID (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services, or anonymous Unity Gaming Services Player ID) are transmitted to display rankings.

• Voluntary Contact Information: If you contact our customer support via email (twomore1001@gmail.com), we receive your email address and the contents of your inquiry solely to respond to and resolve your request.

2. How We Use Information

We process the information described above for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining core game functionality, stage progression, and global leaderboards.

• Displaying advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads) to support free-to-play games.

• Analyzing aggregate gameplay metrics, app stability, and crash reports to fix bugs and improve game balance.

• Complying with legal obligations, enforcing our terms, and preventing fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our games integrate trusted third-party service providers that may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC): Serves advertisements in our games. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers, coarse location, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and (where consented) personalized advertising. Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

• Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Collects anonymized or pseudonymous app usage events, session duration, and diagnostic data to help us understand how players interact with our games. Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

• Unity Gaming Services / Leaderboards & Authentication (Unity Technologies): Provides anonymous player authentication and cross-platform leaderboard score storage. Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

• Apple Game Center (Apple Inc.) & Google Play Games Services (Google LLC): Used when you sign in to platform leaderboards or achievements on iOS or Android.

4. Your Choices, Consent & Opt-Out Rights

• iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) & Advertising Settings: On iOS/iPadOS, we do not access your IDFA unless you explicitly grant permission via the system tracking prompt. You can revoke or change advertising permissions at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

• Android Advertising ID Controls: On Android devices, you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings > Google > Ads.

• EEA / UK / Switzerland / Regional Consent (UMP): Where required by applicable law (such as GDPR), we present a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) allowing you to manage your preferences for data processing and personalized ads.

• Leaderboard Sign-Out: You can sign out of Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Local game progress is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data.

• Analytics and advertising data collected by third-party SDKs are retained according to each provider's standard retention schedule.

• If you wish to request deletion of your leaderboard score entry or support email records, please contact us at twomore1001@gmail.com with your game title and player identifier/nickname, and we will process your request promptly.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are general-audience casual games and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). Where non-personalized ads or child-directed treatments apply, third-party SDKs are configured accordingly. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us at twomore1001@gmail.com so we can delete it.

7. International Data Transfers & Security

Information processed by our third-party partners (Google, Unity, Apple) may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States. All network communications with third-party SDKs use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our games, SDKs, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on https://twomoresoft.web.app/privacy.html with an updated effective date.
